We ship all orders the same day they are placed! Depending
on your location, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days.
For online orders, your tracking number is in your customer
portal. For all other orders, tracking number(s) are sent by email.

We only sell to the contiguous USA. We do not sell internationally at this time.
To keep our operations flowing more smoothly, we require
credit cards for all orders.
Top Quality Manufacturing sells to professionals in many
industries, not individual consumers. For this reason, we only sell gloves by
the case (10 boxes per case).
Our gloves are pre-packaged in cases of 10 boxes. The minimum would be 1 case.
Here at Top Quality Manufacturing, we pride ourselves in our
exceptional customer service! If you are not satisfied, or are having issues
with the product(s) you received, please contact us, and we will make it right
for you! Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. We will
arrange to replace, exchange, or issue a refund – it’s that easy!

Depending on the product, from time to time, we are able to
accommodate bulk discounts for high volume purchases. This is subject to
change, almost daily, based on our global supply chain climate.
At this time, we sell to ‘distributors’ at our full retail
prices. For tax exemptions, please email your tax exempt certificate to service@topqualitygloves.com.
Yes, our in-house interior design / build advisory team is
here to help you design a construction plan, plan for equipment and
furnishings, and assist you in creating an initial stocking order! For offices
who take advantage of these services, the initial stocking order would be
placed at 25% Discount.
